Please try this.
Go to your email and right click on any email.
You will get a pop-up menu (called a context menu)
using your mouse, select the one that says Junk E-mail
select the sub menu Junk E-mail Options..
-On the options tab, you can change the level to low
-Or/and on the safe senders tab you can check the box that "automatically add people I email to the safe senders list"
