First make sure you have the correct version of SigmaEx for the version of SigmaPro that you are using on your portal. As of this writing, there are two versions of SigmaEx. One for DNN 2.1.2 and one for DNN 3.1. The version of SigmaEx for DNN 3.1 is labeled SigmaEx 1.0 DNN3
