When installing esx 3.0 on IBM blades, a display switch can be used to enable the the esx screens to be viewed from the kvm. use the switch; 'esx text nofb'

I also use the text esx vga=788 and I never have any problems with that one.

Note that when using the blade mgmt console to install ESX, the ISO will load best when it is local the machine the blade managment interface is running from.
