Depending on the version of access you are running, there are several paths;
Path1
1. pre office 2003 or XP; you should upgrade access to 2003 or xp> in access 2003/xp see converting

2. Once upgraded; use the upsizing wizard (tools>database utilities>upsizing wizard)

Path2
Use the dts import data wizard
1. Open SQL enterprise manager;
In the SQL Server Enterprise Manager console tree, right-click Data Transformation Services, point to All Tasks, and then click Import Data or Export Data.
