1. Find web site by pinging it; cmd 2. RDP into the server with ping 3. Right click on My Computer; click Manage 4. Open Service and Applications look for IIS 5. Right click on web site and open 6. Then open Web Config file and it will tell you what server and data base you need to back-up. 7. Then RDP into that server SQL Management Studio 8. Find data base; right click all tasks back-up 9. Check the web site; right click previous versions
