Review  the barracuda meesage log and found an email to adrien from sender that was allowed by the cuda, but denined by EXchange for message size (this error was in the Cuda delivery detail)
Looked thru exchange 2010 online help and found the in the
 >>EMC (Exchange Managment Console) under organization Configuration>Hub Transport>Global Settings>Transport Settings>properties>General
    >>>Transport Limits>Max.. recieve size ...
Also, since our mail possibly relays thru our old exchange sever, I adjusted the size limits there also
>Exch. Sys. manager>Admin.. Groups>servers> (server name)>Protocals>smtp>default smtp server>properties>messages>limit

Go back to the barracuda, found the message and clicked "deliver" to verify
