The .print installer checks the following registry entry for this: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\fDenyTSConnections" If 'Remote Desktop' is enabled via a group policy object the registry entry will not automatically be changed by Windows. This is why the installer assume that RDP is disabled. In this case you have to set the entry manually to '0'
