You will need to install SSHd on this host. As such, you should follow these steps:

Log into the machine in question as root.

Install sshd by issuing the following command:
yum install openssh-server

Start SSH with the following command:
/etc/init.d/sshd start

Disable SeLinux with the following commands:

  • system-config-securitylevel-tui
  • Set Security Level to "Disabled."
  • Set SELinux to "Disabled."
  • Select "OK" and press enter.
Issue the following command:
echo 0 > /selinux/enforce

If necessary, allow our IP through your firewall:
xx.xx.xxx.xx
SSH is connectable, you can now send over root login details to someone for support.
