Symptom:  If Windows is recognizing the 2nd processor but not showing the cnd graph in the process tab in task manager.

Solution:
Do the following to get the machine to show the 2nd processor.

In the zip there is 2 folders.  i386 and ia64.

For the x86 type of machines use the i386 folder.  Inside that folder there is a file called

9[1].upgradecpu-W2K3.cmd.  Double click that cmd and then reboot your server.  After it comes up you will be good to go.

If you are in a 64bit env. copy the cmd file from the i386 folder to the ia64 folder.  Then double click and reboot.
