Please try this.
go to you email and right click on any email.
You will get a pop-up menu (called a context menu)
using your mouse, select the one that says Junk E-mail
select the sub menu Junk E-mail Options..
-on the options tab, you can change the level to low
-or/and on the safe senders tab you can check the box that "automatically add people I email to the safe senders list"
