If your are getting high CPU or on remote servers or unstable mouse activity, it may be related to a clipboard problem.
The clip board in windows is activated whenever the you cut and past material from one application (like Microsoft Word) to another. It also comes into play when working with remote desktop, citrix, VNC, go to my pc, crossloop, etc...
solution;
- for remote desktops, kill the rdpclip.exe (task manager>process>rdpclip.exe (right click>kill). For an good article on how this works; clipboard chaining
-for local window, use word or office, use help>type "clipboard troubleshooting" |
