If you have a full log file in sql2005 then do the following.

Open Sql mgmt studio and go the properties of the database.  Then go to Options.  Then change the logging mode to Simple.  Press ok.  Then right click the database and then go to Tasks then to Shrink then Files.

Select the Log file and then you want to click the second choice.  Type in a zero.  Then press ok.  Then you should be good to go.
