Import Wizard - Step 13 Choose the type of networking to use for the Virtual Machine (typically start with bridged mode and modify later)

Import Wizard - Step 15 Review Settings and Finish (Don't Choose the "Power on the new Virtual Machine" Option) 
Main Screen - Task Progress This shows the progress of the Import Operation Once the task completes, power down the physical machine, and power on the Virtual Machine 
Once your conversion is complete, you can then set the Virtual Machine to use the correct IP after it has booted.
