Add New User to Public Folders List - Contacts Address Book in Outlook 2003
Log into server (mail.example.com)
Server Management - Client Computer (Example- office6) - rt click - terminal services
Open Outlook 2003
Scroll down the Folder List and find Public Folders
Select All Public Folders
Select CCOC Contacts
Rt click/select Properties
Select Outlook Address Book
Place a check mark in "Show this folder as an email address book - Ok
To test:
Select "Name" of the Contacts from the FolderList
